No exercise for me on Monday!

  • Tuesday: Leg Working day Garage Work out

I established my alarm for 5:30 a.m. on Tuesday mainly because I was decided to knock out a work out prior to the boys were up. I shocked myself by operating out in our garage all over 1:30 p.m. on Friday. I often say that if I really don’t training in the morning or at least by noon, it is not happening. Naptime was my only training window of the working day on Friday and given that I felt oddly energetic immediately after lunch, I headed into the garage to operate out while Rhett napped. Ryder was my exercise routine buddy and performed in the driveway and all over me as I streamed an upper body Burn off Boot Camp workout. The emphasis was generally on chest and back exercises (a lot of chest presses, flyes and rows) which is precisely what I was hunting for on Friday!

Saturday was yet another relaxation working day.

The past two Sundays in a row, I have oddly relished acquiring in a speedy exercise session in advance of the day receives rocking.
