Aerobic training is only part of the fat loss equation, and won’t produce the lean, muscular, athletic body that most people want… despite all the hard work. Bottom line, make sure the fitness product you choose is designed to get the results you want… or you’ll fail before you start. If you want to improve your fitness, improve your health, and develop an attractive physique… look for fitness products designed to produce these results.

There are a lot of fitness products out there that serve up as regular workouts.
“Do this over and over and you will get the results you want.”
And this exercise may be effective at first… for some people and for a limited time.
Unfortunately, any exercise program that is not part of a progressive overall plan will fail.
This is why you still need a fitness product with all the free workouts out there.
Exercise without a progressive plan is nothing more than manual labor… and will fail to get you where you want to be.
